OMNI-RÉUNIS integrates several species and systems into its One Health modelling and “follows the bug” from its place of origin to its introduction and establishment in faraway jurisdictions. The network also works on key areas of concern specific to Indigenous communities that have not been addressed in modelling approaches before.

Our projects are built around five research themes: Data Management, Risk for Emergence and Spillovers, Early Warning Systems of Emerging Infectious Diseases, Intervention and Control, and Indigenous Peoples Health and Wellbeing.
